The providers at Stress Management Family Counseling Center are highly trained and experienced in helping children, adolescents, and adults find effective strategies for managing stress, improving emotional well-being, and creating more harmonious and connected relationships. We strive to provide people with the tools they need to enhance their family, school, and work situations. While our approaches are grounded in research and current literature, we pride ourselves on being highly responsive to each of our clients as unique individuals who deserve to be treated with compassion, empathy, and patience. We emphasize sensitivity to issues of culture, religion, gender, and sexual orientation.

As licensed therapists averaging more than 25 years of experience, we are uniquely qualified to provide caring, practical guidance and real-life skills. We believe that a good match between a therapist and client is essential, so we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation if requested.

Our therapists accept most health insurance and major credit cards. SMFCC has been helping to change lives since 1977. We welcome the opportunity to assist in changing yours.
