Strong Hope Counseling Center (SHCC) is a hub for those wanting to learn a more balanced way of living. We target common causes of emotional energy drains including compassion fatigue, burnout, poor communication, and boundary-setting.

We incorporate evidence-based practices to empower clients to understand how and why they function the way they do so that they have the power to create lasting change in their behaviors.
