I am a certified somatic trauma specialist committed to helping you effectively manage feelings of overwhelm so that you can feel in control of your life. My work focuses on teaching people how to use the powerful tool of working with the feeling states in the body to build new neurological pathways. When you learn how to move and feel with your body, you can release old patterns of behaviors and thoughts that no longer serve you. I believe that each person is capable of change.

I have helped many people step into living their truth and trusting their choices. I believe in treating all people with respect by honoring their religion, sexual preferences, and cultures. If you would like to schedule an appointment online with me, please go to my website. If you would like a free 10-minute consultation to find out more about my practice and see if we would work well together, you can email me at susan@guiotherapy.com.
