Hello! I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years. I love the work I do and feel grateful for the trust that clients give me when we work together. My specialties are helping clients with grief, anxiety, or addictions.

I believe that there are many types of grief and I would love to explore how I can help you move forward with whatever kind of grief you are working through. I approach anxiety with both EMDR and CBT treatment models. Anxiety impacts so many of us in different ways and levels that it can be difficult and overwhelming to know where to start. My hope is that we figure this out together at your pace and begin where you feel comfortable.

I'm a certified addiction specialist and love helping folks find their way through their recovery! It can be a difficult road and I would love to walk beside you while you find which types of supports you will need to be successful. I'm very solution-focused and do not see clients for an extended period of time; my hope is that we can work together to find what you need for the present to make your quality of life and/or journey more fulfilling!
