Yes And Therapy LLC
I enjoy working with young adults and adults. I am passionate about treating trauma survivors, and I'm particularly interested in working with individuals with dissociative identity disorder.
Helping survivors of trauma heal gives me a sense of purpose and hope. I utilize dialectical behavior therapy and prolonged exposure therapy to help adult clients recover from post-traumatic stress disorder and borderline personality disorder. I also incorporate DBT, PE, IFS, and play therapy to help adult clients recover from DID. I also use EMDR in sessions as appropriate.
I am a trans-affirming clinician and strive to provide a space where clients can be their authentic selves.
