Winds of Change Counseling is a small group private practice. Each of our providers brings their own specialties to the table, and so we treat a wide range of populations, ages, and issues. We have providers who specialize in treating substance use disorders from a harm-reduction standpoint, trauma, borderline personality disorder, anxiety and mood disorders, LGBTQ+, life transitions, couples and family issues, chronic pain and chronic illnesses, to name just a few areas.

Our therapists are in network with the major insurance companies listed below. Please note, however, that an individual therapist may not be in network with every insurance. Please visit our website or contact the office, and we can help match you with the therapist that best meets your needs!
