Yesim Saldivia, MA, LPC

I believe that we all have the ability to heal and grow, no matter what our life experiences. There is strength in each of us and, as a therapist, I strive to help people tap into their inner strength. My practice is holistic in nature, incorporating tools and therapeutic approaches that take into account the mind, body, and emotional experiences. I believe that they are all deeply entwined.

I use CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness practices to help clients reach their goals. As a therapist, I believe in providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic presence and space. Please reach out if you think that we may be a good fit. I provide a complimentary phone consultation and can start a wait list if I have no availability at the moment.
