My job as a counselor is to help empower you and to work with you to find a solution to the problems you or your family are facing; whether it's anxiety, depression, school/job related stressors, sexual identity or gender identity questions, or you’re having relationship or family issues, I am here to help. I have worked with a wide variety of clients from the ages of 15 to 50 years old using individual and family therapy. Sometimes just having a judgment-free place to talk can make all the difference when life stressors are impacting your daily functioning. I am offering both in-person and telehealth sessions at this time.
I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, loneliness, isolation, and other general life stressors that teens face today. I also work with college students from all walks of life who are struggling with the various stressors that come along with the college experience.
Counseling can have such a positive impact on young people and can help lead to self-actualization, self-acceptance, and self-growth
I tend to use solution-focused counseling techniques as well as cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy to help get to the root of your individual issues. Everyone is unique, so I tailor your treatment to fit your personality, needs, and goals. LGBTQ+ friendly. Laid-back and accepting environment.
I believe that everyone needs to feel heard. If you feel lost or don't feel you have a place you can turn to, please know that there is help. You can always call or text 988 to reach the 24/7 National Crisis Line.
