Counseling for Individuals and Couples

Congratulations on taking the step to grow psychologically in this journey called life. It is usually not an easy step, but I am honored that you have chosen to consider that step with me. My goal is to help people live more of the life they want to be living, and that typically includes healing some hurts, clarifying direction, and growing as a person. You can expect to be listened to, heard, accepted, and challenged to grow in our work together.

My therapeutic lenses are psychodynamic, third wave CBT (acceptance and commitment therapy), strengths-based, polyvagal theory, and differentiation for couples work. Anxiety, trauma, spiritual integration or hurt, and anger/emotional management are areas that I have experience with as well as a variety of other issues. I look forward to coming alongside you on your journey to care for you, assist in navigation, and celebrate as we get you further along your path.
