Charlie Health is on a mission to connect the world to lifesaving mental health treatment. We serve ages 11-34.
Through our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), we help high-acuity young people develop the skills to manage their mental health and live fulfilling lives. Our holistic, evidence-based program emphasizes trauma-informed curricula and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills across individual and family therapy as well as in curated peer groups. Our personalized matching process ensures that clients are grouped based on their backgrounds and clinical presentations, enabling them to heal together.
By offering a fully virtual IOP, Charlie Health fills an essential gap in the mental health continuum of care. We are a step down from a higher level of care (e.g., ER, residential treatment facility) and a step up from a lower level of care (e.g., once weekly outpatient). Accessibility is central to our work. We are proud to be in-network with major commercial insurance providers and Medicaid and offer flexible scheduling that allows clients to balance their daily routines and responsibilities outside of treatment. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions about Charlie Health.
