Four Points welcomes all clients to therapy and recognizes that the experience of mental healthcare involves more than a therapy session. We're mindful of creating an atmosphere of care from scheduling through insurance verification.
We offer trauma work, EMDR, DBT and CBT, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness work, and attachment therapy, along with integrative, person-centered, existential, and insight-oriented approaches, among other modalities.
We work with adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing a wide array of concerns. Some areas we treat include PTSD, ADHD, depression and anxiety, grief, relationship issues, academic and behavioral issues, aging concerns, and caregiver stress.
Our therapists have specialty training working with LGBTQ+ and transgender clients as well as other client populations such as adolescents and seniors.
We accept most insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance plans.
