HeaLink Journey, Inc.

You are here because you are putting yourself first, and for that I am grateful. Whether you are seeking support through a challenging season, have experienced trauma/grief, are part of a couple navigating difficulties, or really need a life coach on your path, you're in the right place.

As a social worker, one of the largest focuses in my career has been to support individuals on their journey, however is best for them. I often incorporate knowledge and teachings from holistic and non-traditional methods and modalities of research and practice. Most important, I believe in the human spirit and our ability to navigate challenging times with remarkable learning and growth when we have a container to hold our most vulnerable and raw moments. I will be honored to hold that space for you. I also often work with clinicians who are seeking therapy because, as a practitioner, I find it vitally important for therapists to do the work, too.
