Keith G. Foster, LMFT

I want to hear your story!  Whether you are depressed and suicidal, have parenting challenges, are struggling with relationship boundaries, or finding where you fit in this world, I believe in you as a human being, a relational being, a spiritual being.

Professionally, I am a seasoned therapist with over 30 years of experience, including over a decade in which I worked with people in crisis, supporting those struggling with medical issues, and connecting people to community resources. Having worked in multiple mental health settings, I am experienced with clients or various races, ethnicities, gender and sexual orientation, and faiths.

I do longer term therapy with adults. I see many people who wrestle with depression and anxiety, much of which has its roots in difficult family relationships. Many of my clients have a history of childhood abuse and some deal with PTSD on a regular basis. Grief frequently shows up as part of dealing with abuse. While I consider myself a spiritual person and a believer in God, I welcome clients of any faith. Spirituality can be a tremendous resource in getting through the trials of life.

Personally, I am an adoptive parent of five children, active in the outdoors, and seek spiritual growth.

The bottom line is that I work to create a safe, compassionate, authentic, and growth-focused environment for my clients. I hope to hear from you!
